RULES

The arrival and departure times are:

Arrival after 1:00 PM.

Your allocated space must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

This may be deviated from after consultation with the owner.


Elektra

We have 6Amp on all sockets. Use of electrical appliances above 1000 watts (such as electric heaters, coffee makers, kettles) are not allowed. There are special camping electrical appliances with a lower wattage, these can be used.


Wifi

Use of Wifi is free, the access code can be obtained at the reception. We are not liable for any failure of the internet, network and/or loss of data due to technical or other malfunctions. We do our best to prevent and/or limit technical or other malfunctions.


Children

Not allowed.


Pets

Pets up to 5 are allowed, provided they do not cause any nuisance. Owners must keep their dog on a leash at all times and remain fully liable.


Our animals

Chickens and rabbits are allowed to eat vegetable and fruit waste. Our cats and dog are not allowed to be fed.


Barbecue and fire

Fire may be made in the designated fire pit, barbecue or stove. Barbecuing or a fire bowl of your own is permitted, provided it is at a height of 50 cm. Otherwise use a protective surface (tile) (ask at reception). Also use a protective surface (tile) for low gas burners. If it is too windy or too dry, we are forced to prohibit fires.


Drain
Be careful not to pour boiled or hot water over the grass. It will destroy the grass down to the roots.


Household waste

Household waste belongs in tied garbage bags in the waste container. Plastic, GFT waste, paper and glass are collected separately in the designated bins.


Night's rest

Between 23:00 and 9:00 the campsite is quiet. So no music that everyone can hear. Also, be considerate of each other and talk quietly.


Visit

Visitors must be registered in advance or report to reception upon arrival. For visits lasting longer than two hours, the visitor fee of €2.50 is due.

Visitors must park their cars outside the camping area.


General

Smoking is not permitted in the buildings belonging to the campsite and in places where it could pose a danger.

Digging trenches and holes is not permitted.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This user agreement has been entered into for the agreed camping period. When you have made a reservation, the cancellation conditions below will apply in the event of an early cancellation. We therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance.


Cancellation

If, against all expectations, circumstances arise that give the guest reason to cancel a reservation, the

guest to report this to the manager of Minicamping Mortels Buiten as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation the following costs will be charged:

In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the stay, you will pay 0% of the total accommodation costs.

In case of cancellation between 1 month and 14 days before the original start of the stay, you will pay 50% of the total accommodation costs.

In case of cancellation between 14 days and the day of the original commencement of the stay, you will pay 100% of the total accommodation costs.

In case of no-show without cancellation you will pay 100% of the total accommodation costs. You will receive an invoice.

In case of cancellations, any deposit amounts paid will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Bad weather forecasts and/or weather forecasts are NOT a valid reason for cancellation. The accommodation costs will be charged based on the above scale.

Reason for cancellation is at the discretion of the management of Minicamping Mortels Buiten


Place

You can indicate your preference for a place, but we reserve the right to move if the available space requires it. Please do not use airtight and plastic ground covers. Digging trenches and holes is not allowed. Do not pour hot water on the grass, this will damage the grass, this can be done at the washing up area.


Liability

Anyone who damages or steals items belonging to the camping site will be held liable for the costs. We cannot be held liable in the event of theft or damage to vehicles, caravans, tents and other property of the camping guests.


Everything on the campsite is at your own risk.


Anyone who does not comply with these rules must take into account that he/she may be denied access to the camping site.
