Arrival after 13:00. Departure before 12:00.

All power poles are rated at 6 Amp.
Wifi
Use of Wi-Fi is free.
We are not liable for any outage of the internet, network, and/or loss of data due to technical or other malfunctions.
Rest and a Good Night's Sleep
We are a campsite that values peace and relaxation. Therefore, we do not welcome large groups and loud music is not allowed. Please be considerate of one another and speak softly, especially in the evening hours. Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM – during this time, we ask everyone to be extra quiet so that everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep.
Children
Not allowed.
Pets
Up to three pets are allowed, provided they do not cause a nuisance. Owners must keep their dogs on a leash at all times and remain fully liable. Dogs are not allowed in the Pipowagen or the canteen.
It is not permitted to walk dogs in front of neighbors' houses. There is a designated dog walking area near the campsite.
Our animals
Chickens and rabbits may have vegetable and fruit scraps. Our cats and dog must not be fed.
Fire rules at the campsite
Making a fire is only permitted in the designated fire pit. Barbecuing or using your own fire bowl is permitted, provided it is at least 60 cm off the ground. Tiles are available near the power poles (or please ask) that you can place under the barbecue or fire bowl. Making a fire may be temporarily prohibited during strong winds or extreme drought. It is not permitted to collect wood from the dunes or forest.
Hot water and pans
Do not pour hot water onto the grass. Use the washing-up area for this or catch it in another pan. Do not place hot pans, dishes, or other objects directly on the grass.
This can severely damage the grass and roots.
Household waste
Household waste belongs in tightly tied garbage bags in the waste container. Plastic, organic waste, paper, and glass are collected separately in the designated bins.
Visit
Visitors must be registered in advance or report to the reception upon arrival. For visits lasting longer than two hours, the visitor fee of €2.50 is payable. Visitors must park their cars outside the campsite.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the buildings and caravan belonging to the campsite, or in places where it poses a danger.
Place
You may indicate your preference for a spot; however, we reserve the right to reposition if the available space requires it. Airtight and plastic ground sheets are not permitted. Digging trenches and holes is not allowed.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This user agreement has been entered into for the agreed camping period. If you have made a reservation, the cancellation conditions below will apply in the event of early cancellation. We therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Liability
Anyone who damages or steals property on the campsite will be held liable for the costs.
The campsite is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles, caravans, tents, or other personal property of camping guests.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that circumstances arise which give the guest grounds to cancel a reservation, the
guest to report this to the manager of Minicamping Mortels Buiten as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be charged:
If you cancel up to 1 month before the start of the stay, you pay 0% of the total cost of the stay.
If you cancel between 1 month and 14 days before the original start of the stay, you will pay 50% of the total cost of the stay.
In the event of cancellation between 14 days and the day of the original start of the stay, you will pay 100% of the total cost of the stay.
In the event of a no-show without cancellation, you will pay 100% of the total accommodation costs. You will receive an invoice.
In the event of cancellations, any deposits made are NOT eligible for a refund.
Poor weather forecasts and/or weather outlooks are NOT a valid reason for cancellation. The accommodation costs will be charged based on the scale above.
The reason for cancellation is at the discretion of the management of Minicamping Mortels Buiten.
